Cheech... took forever to comple this pack :D
Here you are, mac leopard TV-Series folders for windows and mac!
Package contains ICO and ICNS formats. I didn't want to add PNG formats, because it takes much extra space for this package. Everyone who needs them, can simply convert them with free softwares :)
All icons are supported up to 128 size. In preview there are 72 size. I use them on windows, but now you can use these with mac too. Some of the icons have 2 different versions.

I found it, it's the same way as changing application icons, very easy... :)
