Tiger toolbar, with extra buttons.
Original by Tiger K. D-O-M-I-N-I-C [link] added few extra buttons and i remover search and list view buttons, because i don't newer use them. I change Folders button to list view, because it is annoying to press that accidental if you use Findexer. My add is only new folder button. I also set all buttons little bit lower.
Release include toolbar with and without leopard add new folder button.

Tabs don't include in this skin, it's different software called QTTabBar [link] you can download brushed metal tabs skin from here [link]
