I make these tabs for newest version of QTTabBar. Newest version support now custom background! I made 2 backgrounds, with menubar enabled and disabled (check preview image).
These tabs looks best with 1280x960 screen resolution.

I use this great hill's brushed theme [link]
Skin could look nice with other brushed themes too.

Download QTTabBar from here [link]

Make sure you set these from QTTabBar settings-appearance:
Heigth: 22 px
Width: Fixed, 200 px
Toolbar background image: Tile

Sure :) [link] That is witch in the screenshot, but i have taken search button away (you can modidy .ini file, when you open it with notepad and erase search lines.) I have shared other toolbar modification here [link] Download witch you likes best :)

It really doesn't matter... because you choose directory where the tab images are. You can put them in Program Files\QttabBar\PerfectBrushed\ folder example and then go to qttabbar options (rigth click in tabbar) and select Appearance-tab and put [x] to Use tab image and select the tab image file. After that [x] to Toolbar background image and select bg image file. Then put appearances listed above info to right places to get tabs looks nice. That all, enjoy :)
